Atharva Engineers is a progressive tool and die manufacturer and sheet metal stamping supplier established in 2004, with a tool room in Vasai East and a press shop in Manor, Palghar (Maharashtra, India). It designs and builds progressive dies, compound and press tools, runs high-speed stamping on 10T to 60T power presses, and offers CNC wire cut EDM, die maintenance and prototype development. What we do
We take sheet metal parts from drawing to dispatch. Our Vasai East tool room designs and builds progressive dies and press tools, with punches and inserts cut on in-house CNC wire cut EDM. Our Manor unit runs those tools in high-speed stamping production and handles assembly, spot welding and dispatch.
Why two units
Keeping the tool room and the press shop separate gives our customers capacity and continuity. Tool work does not hold up production, and production runs on tools that our own tool room can repair quickly. Customers deal with one company for the tool and the parts, so one team is responsible for quality and delivery.
