Sheet Metal Stamping & Pressed Components

High-volume stamped parts from our Manor production unit, made on tools we build and maintain ourselves.

Our production hub in Manor, Palghar runs high-speed power presses from 10T to 60T for progressive stamping. Because our own tool room in Vasai builds and maintains the dies, tool issues are fixed in hours instead of becoming week-long supplier disputes.

What we supply

  • Progressive-stamped components in high volumes
  • Brackets, clips, mounting plates, lugs, washers and shims
  • Terminals and contacts for electrical and electronic assemblies
  • Spot-welded and assembled sub-assemblies
  • Bulk packing and dispatch to your plant

Quality that holds over long runs

Consistency over millions of strokes depends on the tool. We follow defined regrind schedules and cutting clearances to keep burrs and dimensions in control. Read how we approach burr control in high-speed stamping.

Lower piece cost from the drawing stage

Before quoting, we review your drawing for tolerances, strip nesting, material gauge and formability. Small changes often bring down the price per part. See 5 ways to reduce sheet metal component cost.

Two units, one supplier

With tooling in Vasai East and production in Manor, a single purchase order covers the tool and the parts. One point of contact means one responsibility for quality and delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions

What volumes do you handle?

Progressive stamping is most economical at high volumes, typically thousands to lakhs of parts per month. For lower volumes we may recommend a compound or simpler press tool to keep your tooling investment sensible.

Can you run a tool we already own?

Share the tool details and part drawing. We will check whether it suits our presses and what maintenance it may need before production.

Can you supply assembled parts?

Yes. Our Manor unit handles assembly and spot welding, so you can receive sub-assemblies instead of loose parts.

Which materials can you stamp?

Tell us the material grade and thickness from your drawing. We will confirm suitability and, where useful, suggest standard gauges that are easier to source.
